Shipping Information

Average order processing time is 2-4 BUSINESS days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, ground transit time is an additional 2-5 BUSINESS days, depending on the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse. Therefore orders on average will take 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to reach you. We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO AE addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or internationally. We only ship to Contiguious USA and Canada. We calculate the accurate shipping costs for Canada. Once we have a quote, you will be emailed or called with the shipping cost and we will await your approval before processing your order. Canadian orders may be charged taxes and duties by the local customs department when the product is delivered. The purchaser is responsible for these charges at time of delivery.

30 - Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued back on to your credit card for the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee which is charged by the manufacturer. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you would like to return or exchange your order and you meet the criteria outlined above, please email us at returns@worldglobesdirect.com. Please include your name, order date, and reason for return. We will then email you with a Return Authorization Number and an address where to send the return to. Returns sent back to us without prior contact will be refused.
