Shipping information
We offer free ground shipping within the continental USA. There are shipping charges to Canada, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs to Canada, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico destinations will also be calculated once we receive the order. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued back on to your credit card for the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee (which is charged by the manufacturer). All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
